5 regrets that people have on their deathbed....

Thought I would start of with a nice morbid Monday! lol. A few years ago a cardiac nurse published an article about the most common regrets people spoke of on their deathbed. It got me thinking, what would we regret, the world has changed significantly and would we have the same regrets?

The 5 most common regrets of the dying were:

Number 1: I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

Number 2: I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.

Number 3: I wish I had the courage to express my feelings.

Number 4: I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

Number 5: I wish I had let myself be happier

What would yours be?

I think that most of us would have regrets, but the biggest one would be around work/life balance and happiness at work. If this is of a concern to you, I will be running a 1/2 day workshop later this month which is designed to help you resolve this to enable you to live a more fulfilled life.
